Current order processing times are 2-3 weeks from when your order was placed. We endeavour to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?
If you have ordered via express or tracked letter we will provide tracking details as soon as your order as been sent out. Standard postage does not include tracking.
All parcels are sent with tracking.
How do I collect loyalty points?
Each month we send out a mini sampler sheet with every order placed, this mini sheet has a sticker that can be placed on your loyalty card. Once this card is full you can get in contact with us to claim your $10 shop credit.
If you would like a loyalty card, please leave a note at checkout and we will pop one in with your order.
Do you do custom orders?
We are happy to discuss any ideas you may have for custom orders!
During peak times of the year or following sales we may not be able to assist straight away but are always happy to help where we can.

Do you accept returns?
Generally we do not accept returns however, if there is any issues with your order please get in touch ASAP and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
